Mariam Badat Mulla Salmon pasta
1 onion, chopped, add garlic as desired, olive oil to sauté
300 g smoked salmon diced ( u can also use fresh salmon. Tin salmon might also work, though haven't tried this)
Half tub low fat cream cheese
1 tomato, diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
ground black pepper to taste. Sauté onion n garlic in the oil in a pan until clear. Add the salmon and saute at medium to low heat for approximately 5 more minutes. Add cream cheese Stir until thickened add parsely. Sauce should be very thick once you have added all the cream cheese. Add diced tomato n allow to cook for another 10 minted. ; season with pepper n Parmesan. Serve with spagetti or linguine pasta
