150g dark chocolate
3/4 cup firmly packed soft brown sugar
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sour cream or maas
1/2 cup coursely chopped walnut or pecans.
Melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth, cool to just warm.
Stir in sugar, eggs, sifted flour, cream/maas, and nuts.
Spread batter into baking paper lined 8 x 26cm loaf tin.
Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool in pan
