Milky bar sojee

Ingredients

1 egg
2 cups milk
65g butter
3/4 cup semolina
4 Tblspn klim (make a paste with milk)
elachie essence
2 Tblspn almonds
1 cup sugar
1 Tblspn fresh cream

Beat together the egg, milk, sugar, elachie essence and cream.
Melt the butter in a heavy based pot, add in the milk mixture and simmer till it thickens slightly, add in the almonds, semolina and klim and mix with a wooden spoon on a low heat for about 10 minutes,
Steam on low with the lid closed for another 10 minutes or alternatively put it in an ovenproof pot and steam it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes on 180 deg.

For the topping melt about 100 gram milky bar and mix in 1 small nestle cream, pour over before serving and garnish with roasted sliced almond
