Mutton Dhaal Gosth
Braise onion with jeera, cinnamon, cloves and whole black pepper.
Add meat and ginger/garlic and cook till 3/4 way done.
In the meantime boil equal amounts of oil dhal and pink dhal till soft, then liquidize till smooth.
When meat is 3/4 way done add arad, dhana/jeera, chillie powder, salt and 2 tblspns achaar masaala.
Braise for 5 minutes then add your dhal and let simmer on low for 20 minutes... Add freshly chopped dhania and serve
