Chocolate Mousse for decorating cakes

‎300g chocolate
3 eggs (seperated)
2 tbl castor
1cup cream dnt sweeten
Melt choc add yolks an stir till mixed beat whites till peaks
sprinkle sugar an beat till glossy
wid metal spoon fold 1/2 egg white into choc mix till combined
gently fold in remain whites.
Whip cream till stiff fold in cream.
