    Wash the chicken thoroughly and split the breast. In a glass bowl mix juice of half a lemon, 2 tbsp of garlic ginger masala (without the red chilli), 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dhana jeeru. Add half tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp almond flour, half a tsp garam masala, half a tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp oil. Mix this paste thoroughly and rub into the chicken. On the middle shelf of the oven place your masala chicken on baking paper and roast for 50 minutes on 190c/375f. I hope this recipe is satisfactory to you. Eat with roti or home-made naan and chips.

    As salaam,I'm looking for a masala roast chicken the olden days 1,were the masala is like a bit burntish.
