3 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup castor sugar
Vanilla essence

10 cream crackers - broken into pieces
100 grams pecan nuts

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Beat egg whites & baking powder until stiff.
Whisk in the castor sugar & vanilla essence.
Now add the cream crackers & pecan nuts, gently folding it into the egg white mixture.
Grease a baking pan with butter.
Pour mix into baking pan, & smoothen out the top.
Bake for 20- 25 minutes.
Once done, allow to cool completely, then top with whipped cream & allow to chill before serving. I have tried this recipe & its divine.
