tremor 4 year old child

Slmz. My 4 year old daughter has been having tremors for the past few months. At first it was rare but now she does it quite often during the day and when she just falls asleep she shakes for awhile and then settles down. When she's awake she does it at random times like when she's excited, nervous or tired her eyes look like shes in trance and her body shakes for 2 to 3 seconds then shes fine. What could be the cause of this and how do i treat it jazakallah

Tremors are usually due to a neurological disorders, but may be due to certain medications. It is often exaggerated when experiencing an emotional response. You have to take her to see her paediatrician for a thorough examination. Other test may be performed in order to make an accurate diagnosis. However, it is imperative that you take her to see her doctor as soon as possible
