    Lump.

I have a very bad skin and tend to develop sebaceous cysts often. I've now discovered a lump of sorts in my cleavage. It started off painful and then the pain disapated. Now its sore only when I press on it,and its seemingly disappearing (going in towards the right breast)

It is possible that the lump is benign and possibly a sebaceous cyst, but you need to have it examined by your doctor in order for a definitive diagnosis to be made.

Malignant lesions are usually hard, irregular shape, and unable to move
