    Hi

There's a product from Himalaya called Reosto which is indicated for osteoporosis. You can contact Pharmed in Durban, Johannesburg or Cape Town regarding this product or order it from the following link http://naturescript.co.za/index.php/...x=-1122&y=-167

There are a number of tissue salts that can also be used for your condition. Those available in store includes No1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 12. The amount per tissue salt differs for each one. I would advise that you get the osteoporosis mix from a tissue salt consultant www.atifa.co.za or you can email me for more details.

According to Tibb, osteoporosis is a Cold and Dry condition. So treatment with opposites is advised. Please visit www.tibb.co.za for more info. You should try to do weight bearing exercises (resistance exercises) for 15 minutes each day. Soak 10 raw almonds in a little water each night. Peel and blend this with some warm milk. Add a pinch of cinnamon. Drink this daily. Eat more dark green vegetables like broccoli, also eat more oily fish like salmon, avoid soda's, sugar and reduce the salt intake, and reduce or avoid citrus fruits and tomatoes (cold and dry foods).
