    mrs.

    i have a bad habit of sucking my lips. Iv tryd using lipgloss etc, bt 2 no avail! Kindly assist. Thanx in advance. Mrs.F.yusuf

    If sucking your lip is not causing you any bodily harm, or disrupting your daily activities then I would not be too concerned about it. If it is causing damage to your lip then you possible need to go for cognitive behavioural therapy to help reverse this habit. You can try keeping an elastic band around your wrist and each time you suck your lip pull and release the elastic band
