    Lose weight on thighs & behind

    Hi. i recently gave birth and although my stomach is back to pre-pregnancy, i cant seem to shed on the buttocks & thighs. please could you share with me exercises that will be helpful.

    Congratulations !
    Any cardio - like walking or cycling in conjunction with weight bearing exercises will work for you.
    Try leg extensions and target inner and outer thighs as well as glutes .
    So squats and lunges will work extremely well!
