Slmz. Just wondering if there is anyone giving pilates classes, Taebo, Swimming, Yoga or any form of fitness for woman only in the Jhb area. Preferably around Midrand? If not, are there ladies that might be interested in something like this, and if so, what? (For ladies who are unfit, pregnant, trying to lose post pregnancy weight or simply just staying in shape) :) Your responses will be much appreciated, jazakallah in advance!
