Hi Anusha I train everyday of the week and have started eating clean, so to speak.I cut out all breads and junk and don't eat carbs after 1pm. I do about 4 days cardio including zumba, and running and 3 days weight training/toning focusing on glutes, abs and leg exercises. I love the classes at virgin active so I mostly do group training. I'm 36 year old female. I would like to know what supplements should I be taking. I just started taking CLA on the advice of a personal trainer at the gym. Is there anything else I should take? I want to lose about 3 kgs more so its not really for weightloss, more for toning and firming up. I am also very interested in becoming a personal trainer, any advice?
