Chantel AkhtarSlmz nanima. Plz may I ask if any of u have tried the chicken akhni recipe in the green cooking with flair recipe? It states that u need 6 cups of boiling water for 3 cups of rice. Then step number 6 states that u bring 2 boil for 5 minutes, then steam in preheated oven for 1/2 hour. Now my question is, a friend of mine cooks hers till the water is no more and then puts in the oven but it comes out very soggy. Is it because she is cooking it till the water is gone?
