I lost 15.6kg using the weighless diet. At the end of 2011 I picked up 4kgs. I exercised regularly the whole of last year. I stopped exercising in November 2012 due to a muscle injury. Please advise me how to loose that xtra kilos because its really depressing I want to go back where I was I am 38 years old.

I am also looking for a gym instructor or someone who would do aerobics in a home environment. We are a class of 4-6 ladies.
