Snow white cup cakes

250g butter.
11/2 cups castor sugar.
5 eggs.
Vanilla essence.
3 cups flour.
3tsp baking pwdr.
1 cup milk.

Beat butter n sugar till creamy,add eggs one at a time.
add vanilla essence.
sieve flour n baking pwdr 2gether n add to cake mixture alternating wid da milk.
spoon into cupcake cases n bake @180 for 15-20mins.

royal icing.
beat 350g icing sugar wid 2 egg whites till thick(5 mins).
den add a squeeze of lemon juice n beat for anoder 2 mins.
spread on cuppies n decorate
