‎ 1 packet Tennis Biscuits
50g butter

250g smooth cottage cheese
1 tin condensed milk
1 small tin nestle cream
¼ cup lemon juice

Crush tennis biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into spring foam pan (the one where the bottom comes out)

Mix all other ingredients and pour over tennis biscuits.

Bake at 180 for 10-15mins.
Decorate with fresh cream & strawberries
