Ingredients
FOR THE SAUCE
...3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp oyster sauce or worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbs chilli suace
1 tbs vinegar
chinese salt... acc to taste
white or red pepper... acc to taste

FOR THE NOODLES
1 onion...sliced
1 capsicum (diced)
2 carrots (diced)
handful of cabbage
spring onions
500 gm chicken (cut in cubes) (marinate chicken with 1 tsp of tikka masala...but that is optional)
1 packet spegties (boil them according to packet instructions.....drain n keep aside)
3 tbsp tbsp oil
salt n pepper according to taste (optional as sauces already have salt )

1.make suace by adding ketchup, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chilli suace, vinegar and 3 tbsp water. Stir.
2. Cut the ends from the spring onions, and cut the green and white of the onion. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
3. Boil noodles.
4. With everything prepared, Heat the wok - it's hot enough when it starts to smoke. add the oil and onion. when onion gets transparent add chicken. Use a wooden spoon to keep moving the chicken around the wok until it is half white, half pink. add red pepper or chilli flakes and stir-fry for a further 1 min.
5. Pour the sauce into the wok and stir well until bubbling.
6. Add spring onions,cabbage,carrots n capsicums a handful at a time, then toss into the sauce until it is well coated, stirring constantly until the veggies are half done .season with salt n pepper if desired. then add noodles and stir them untill mixed well.... if u want to give smoky taste then put a heated coal in the wok n cover with lid by putting some oil drops over the coal, cover for 10 mints...
