Dandruff is treated like eczema
Use and anti dandruff shampoo (duh) and crush 2 aspirin tablets in it. leave the shampoo for a minute or 2
There is natural medication available for eczema that you can try (unfortunately this is only available from practitioners, please visit www.satibb.co.za to find your nearest available practitioner)
You can also use the kali sulp tissue salt which are available in stores
