Has 3 kids that he is not supporting.
My baby is not born yet.
I know he will not be there for the child as he tried to beat me up while pregnant and that's why I am no longer married.
I don't want to list him on the birth certificate as I do not wish to run around after him forever when I need to make decisions for my child.
