salaams, need advice regarding work, im currently working in da same company for past 8yrs, i organised my college a job here at the same company we started together ,my boss used to have alot of respect for me but since a few months I have made a few a errors at work, due to my quietness my college just took over to prove shes one better than me ,boss admired her for skills so she got promoted gets higher salary , and now im just not ackowledged anymore for my capabilities, also she gets together with the other gals behind my back mocks me , but she acts all nice to me on my face ,so just want to knw im in comfort zone here but its becoming unpleasant and my esteem is getting low, so should i start applying for new job or approach the boss directly
