re: delayed action

plz could you ask the psychologist - im a very shy , quiet passive person, ppl tend to take advantage of me at work cos im not assertive , when things go wrong or when i get bored at work i proscinate have delays , dont do what im suppose to do on time resulting in errors at wrk, clients complaining to boss im slow or didnt do a follow up , even in my daily life i dont get down to doing what im suppose to do , i leave things for last minute , tend to get laid back , not sharp like getting what down to doing what im suppose to be doing, i proscinate, what should i do cos im slowly getting depressed.
