Your space sounds like it is filled with amazing natural light given the wall to wall windows. As you enter the home, the short wall is in direct sight of the entrance which makes it a great opportunity for styling.

Depending on the size of the space, you can choose to treat the area using one / a combination of the following:
Display Table: a small bench / table / display shelf with books, flowers, decor items.
Gallery Wall: Wall mounted deer bust / sculpture, framed print, or statement letters.
Designer Chair: A rocking chair with a cushion.
Pretty Basket: Store your extra throws and cushions from your lounge area when not in use / if there are guests around.

Entrance hall

I have a very long rectangular shaped entrance hall-1 long side is a wall to wall window, the other long side is open plan into the lounge area! The short side opposite the entrance door is a plain wall! How do u decorate such a space?
