Allah is watching you If the thought of Allah watching you does not make you stop, there is huge spiritual issues. Repent. Ask Allah to forgive you. Start fasting regularly if you cant afford marriage..Look for a spouse and get married. But fasting regularly is a cure for this disease inshAllah
