    Hello !
Actually you can have a really good total body workout with no equipment in your own home ! Exercising needs to become part of your daily routine .
This kind of exercise is known functional training - meaning it keeps you fit for day to day activities !
Usually I need to meet with clients and I need to know more about your fitness levels and history of injuries and so on before I can prescribe any workout.
A simple routine will consist of 4 easy exercises .
    1 - skip for 5 mins
    2 - wall pushups : 3 sets of 15 reps (targets upper body )
    3 - squats : 3 sets of 20 reps (targets lower body)
    4 - tummy floor crunches : 4 sets of 20 reps .
To increase intensity you can repeat the 4 exercises as many times as you can .
You can do this 3 times a week.
Part of the services I offer is to also show you and teach you the correct technique in 3 sessions . Therafter you can continue with the programme by yourself ,
Should you need a more assistance feel freee to contact me .
    Stay healthy !

December fever is in the air

Hi there Anusha. How are you?

I noticed you mentioned that no gym contracts or gym equipment is needed. This is something I really could admire in the comfort of my home.

So for a full body workout, what would you recommend as a home based workout to really tone and strengthen my body?

    Regards
