    Hi All
    As the saying goes, you are what you eat. And when it comes to living a long and healthy life, it really does come down to what you eat! If your wellbeing has been lagging a bit recently, or perhaps you’ve even had a little health scare, there is no better time like the present to take stock of your diet and lifestyle.
    When it comes to healthy eating it is not always easy. Magazines, Internet sites and facebook groups bombard us with lots of information and it is very hard to decide what is believable and usable and what is safe.Together with Dr Fatima Ahmed, we are hosting a series of Healthy cooking Demonstrations at the Living Studio in Benoni.

    If you have weight loss goals you battle to reach, if you want to eat healthier but just don't know how. You are getting married and want
    to know how to keep your hubby to be healthy and fit, you have had a health scare and need to make some changes in your eating and exercise routine then
    this is the event for you!
    There are a few demos lined up but booking is essential as we have kept the classes small (maximum of 20 per day) and seats sell out quickly!
    We start the day with a health check which includes a blood glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure test. For the most accurate results come fasting from the
    night before to get the most accurate results!
    During the demo i talk on portion control, cooking with less salt and oil, balanced meals, fibre and weight loss.
    We have a fabulous goodie bag which includes a recipe book, vouchers from various companies.
