Some supplements contain ingredients which may have a diuretic effect which will increase urinary frequency. Consult with a professional about the correct amount of fluid you need to take in. Drinking too much water can cause a condition called hyponatraemia. A fitness expert once told me about a solution that can be used to help your body utilize water as best possible during fitness training to prevent dehydration. You add 1 tablespoon of himalaya salt to 1 litre of boiling water. You then use 1-2 tablespoons of that solution per 1 litre of purified drinking water. You can also use tissue salt no. 9 to assist in maintaining the correct fluid balance

If the frequent urination persist, you would need to consult with your medical practitioner to rule out any medical causes

    All the best

    Bladder

Hi. I've started taking a body building supplement which requires me to drink lots of water. I've been going to the loo well over 10 times a day. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
