I'm hoping u still read these questions.

I would like to know if taking milk thistle is good for a person that has had their gallbladder remove? I had mine removed a few years ago and was wondering if it will help my liver function?


Also, could you tell me why people drink baking soda (bicarb soda) with water? What does it do for our bodies?
