Hello! Congratulations on your pregnancy! I do apologise for the delayed response ! I was away on holiday .
If you have been exercising prior to your pregnancy, then there is really no concern about when to stop .
You can maintain your programme with cardio and weights for as long as you can .
The tiredness could be the hormonal changes in your body , but exercising will counteract that !
    Keep going !
Be cautious of running and exercising on your back.

    exercise and pregnancy

I am normally a fit and healthy person. Since I've fallen pregnant I can't do what I used to so, is this normal or is it just a mind set? I am currently 11 weeks pregnant. I feel exhausted after a session of full body workout which incorporates cardio and strength training.

What's the best exercise plan to follow to avoid the weight gain and yet feel good while pregnant. And when should I stop training?
