    hope this helps, got it from a friend.
    250g mince cooked to ur liking.White sauce
    3 tblsp butter
    3 tblsp flour
    600 hot
    milk
    salt & pepper to taste
    melt butter in saucepan. Add flour & cook about a minute. Remove from heat & graduali add milk,
    stirring continuosly to avoid lumps. Return to heat & continue stirring till it thickens. Remove season with salt & pepper.
    1 can peeled tomatos
    1 onion
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    salt to taste
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp crushed blk pepper
    2 tsp chopped or dried basil
    saute onions in a tblsp of butter. Add garlic. liquidise tomatos & add to pot. Add salt & pepper & bring to boil. Cover with lid & let simmer till consistency of sauce. Add basil.
    To the cooked mince, add 3 tblsp of white sauce & 3 tblsp grated parmesan cheese & 1 beaten egg yolk. mix well. Put mince into tubes (or if using lasagne sheets, cook it & let dry, then spread mixtur on 1 side & roll up loosely)
    place tubes in greased oven proof dish. Pour tomato mixtur over & cover with white sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese & bake in pre heated oven on 200 for 20 minutes until bubbling & golden on top.
    You can use, cooked steak or chicken fillet in place of mince.
