How do you excercise to keep fit without losing weight?

Hello ! Thats the first !
You know about the input - output theory??
So your carb levels need to be increased and a very low level of exercise needs to be done .
So something like running will need to be avoided .
Slow walking and yoga or pilates will strenghen your muscles as well as resistance training !
