Slms.
Just a quick question.
Can i keep my Hubby away from my children as I Fear he may molest them?
What are the Islamic/legal implications?

You do not say what the basis is for your concerns that your hubby may molest your children. You also do not say if you are living in the same house. It may be extremely difficult to deny your hubby access to the children without valid reason - suspicion alone will not be sufficient. If you are concerned, you may agree to supervised visits, where he visits the children in the presence of an adult (it does not have to be you if you do not want to see him). Many couples who separate or go through a divorce become bitter enemies and, wittingly or uwittingly, use the children as weapons against each other. They poison their minds or buy them expensive gifts to win their love. Try to avoid that at all costs. It is not the children's fault that your relationship has ended. They need their father in their lives so that they may have fulfilled lives.

slmz.
i agree with the poster above.
suspicion is the work of Shaytaan.
i stand under correction when i say this but you might need to prove your hubby is abusing the children in a court of law.
this would mean a medical examination by a doctor as well as conselling by a phycologist.
do you really want your children to be subjected to this?

Surely the trauma of a medical exam and psychological counselling are nothing compared to the trauma of molestation!!!
A mothers first duty is to protect her children and to keep them safe.
