Can't stop

I need some serious help. I am a guy and I can't stop masturbating. I am 19 years old and im addicted to it :(... Ive tried soo hard to stop. Is this normal? How can I stop???

You may want to consult with a psychologist or a psychiatrist. They are better equipped to assess whether this is normal or if it is an impulse control disorder/sexual compulsion/paraphilias.

If the thought of Allah watching you does not make you stop, there is huge spiritual issues. Repent. Ask Allah to forgive you. Start fasting regularly if you cant afford marriage..Look for a spouse and get married. But fasting regularly is a cure for this disease inshAllah
