What medications could be recommended for someone suffering from extreme pain in the lower back, legs and hips due to osteopenia?

My apologies for not responding sooner

You can follow a similar plan to that advised for osteoporosis. Himalaya has a product called reosto which is a herb and mineral formula. In addition to this there is a tissue salt mix for osteoporosis which consist of different ratios of the following tissue salts: Number 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 23. Number 2 would be the most important number for your condition and should take between 10-15 tablets daily. You should also try to do weight bearing exercises 3 times a week. Decrease the amount of sour foods you eat, including citrus fruits and yogurt, and avoid cold and refrigerated foods completely. Drink warm water (add honey and olive oil) and foods that are room temperature or higher. For pain management, regular sessions of dry cupping will provide you with the necessary relief

All the best
