can u plz help my uncle, his vein or artery is blocked from the heart the lungs... Anything advice will be appriciated

You uncle should increase his intake of garlic as this helps to reduce fatty deposits that accumulates in the blood vessels and also has blood thinning properties. It goes without saying that following a healthy low fat, low GI diet will be of great benefit. Also encourage your uncle to drink lots of water. Adding heating spices like chili, ginger, cinnamon should also be advised and taking in fatty fish like salmon.

he cant eat any food, only rice crispys and milk... he gets bilios
