Varicocele and Fertility

We have been trying to fall pregnant for the last 3 years without any luck. After numerous tests to the both of us,my husband has just been diagnosed with Varicocele which affects male fertility and the urologist recommended peforming a varicocelectomy to repair the problem. i would like to know of any successs stories of falling pregant after peforming the surgery.
