Asslm everyone. someone out there really made alot of duaa/prayed 4 me.I finally got my date moved forward for my operation.Allah is soo great but I have 2 months 4 the op and the recovery is 3 - 6 months in a brace and crutches.anyone out there can assist me with solutions to loosing weight on my tummy and also what food or supplements should i take to boost up my immune system before the op so i dont get infections so easily.jia thanks
