Ladies!....anyone out ever experienced the battle of the buldge.its soooooo depressing.any remedys out there.tried sit ups but injured my spine.tried dieting but failed bcoz i stop eating all together.its majooorly depressing.I cant walk too fast.run or skip due to knee injury....I need to remedy my blues.help plz
