Aslms and shukran for reading my post
I'm a divorcee my x gave me talaaq
And remarried another women 3 weeks ago
During which period he has made alota sexual advances towards me
No I did not allow it to happen
Alim saib I'm unemployed,I have
No family to turn to
I live in a place were he pays the rent and buys the food
He wants control of my life and behaves as my husband
We share a child togther therefor he vists
If I don't give him food to eat or talk to him
He calls me filty names and threatens me
I belive in Allah(swt) and I told him
I'm not a spare in his life,if he
Wants to be apart of my life then he must
Follow the correct channels and remake nikkah with me
Which he speaks non of he say he can't tolerate me marrying another
And then divorce so he can remarry me
Ya Allah I don't know what to do any more
Help me advise me

و عليكم السلام و رحمة الله

It is quite disheartening to see people do such things in life. May the Almighty Allah assist and aid you in your plight.

The best long term solution would be getting married again give yourself some time to get over your previous spouse and from there inshallah you move on. As far as the child is concerned you would have to discuss with your ex Husband.....

1. who takes custody of the child?
2. If he does take custody then how often will you be allowed to visit or vice versa?

Remember what ever has happen in the past is gone and done, its no use fighting about it because it won't change the future especially not if he has given you 3 Divorces. So amicably solve the current crises and move on. He has already remarried, so should you after your iddat. You should also keep in mind that if you are going to take custody of the child then you will have to get married again simply because a child cannot be deprived of a fatherly figure in his life. A broken home will definitely have an Impact on the child, so make a wise decision now whilst the ball is still in your court!

By getting married you will close all doors to Zina and Sexual relations with your previous partner, as it is no longer Halaal for you to do so in Shariah

And Allah Knows Best

Moulana Habib,
She may not have an option to get married right now. What can be done now to solve this crisis of this man coming to the house and doing all these things?
