Slmz, where's the closest court to lenz? What do we need to get court married? Is a marriage contract necessary? Please assist!

Wslm, you dnt get married at court anymore, it's at the home affairs office (this is the case in the western cape).

You need to make a booking first. A contract is only necessary if you are getting married out of community of property. If you are, you need to see an attorney first as he needs to draw the contract up and lodge it at the deeds office. Yourself and your wife will need to decide if you are getting married without or without the accrual system in place. If its with the accrual system, you both need to draw up a list of your assets.
