In Tibb, headaches at the back of the head are referred to as melancholic headaches and usually result from tension in the neck muscles which attach to the head. Cupping is excellent for these types of headaches as it resolves muscle inflammation

A lack of energy can happen for a number of reasons, either your sleep cycle is out and you are getting too much or too little sleep or you are not getting the nutrients you need in your diet or you are stressed or emotionally drained etc.

The management plan would be dependent on the cause. Tibb has a product called enerlift. This product can be taken as an adjuvant to following a healthy lifestyle plan
