I am not a fan of milk and dairy products. What is the best way to get calcium and magnesium in my diet naturally other than dairy?
What is the best supplement to take. I have b cal dm tablets? When is the best time to take these supplements, I heard before you sleep?

Non dairy sources of calcium include almonds, broccoli, spinach and kale, and sesame seeds

The one you are currently taking is good enough. Calcium can be taken at any time as long as it is not taken with a multivitamin or Iron supplement
