Ok so artificial colouring is bad for you. What are the alternatives and how can you go natural but still have the vibrant colours. here is a natural colour palette i found. I noticed once they took out that insect juice whatever from smarties, they were never the same again. i could never teach poiroo the colours using smarties. What are the other natural colouring alternatives and where can you get them?
