Hallima HassimSlms urgently need some advice.My cockatiel is stuck in my neighbours avo tree very high up and she's afraid to fly lower.Unfortunately I neglected to clip her wings on time so she managed to fly out.The SPCA suggested I leave her cage out in the yard where she can see it but she's too high up.Does anyone please have any ideas for me.I'm really desperate.Jazakallah."
