Ingredients
• 3 egg whites
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup castor sugar
• Vanilla essence

• 10 cream crackers - broken into pieces
• 100 grams pecan nuts

Method
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
• Beat egg whites & baking powder until stiff.
• Whisk in the castor sugar & vanilla essence.
• Now add the cream crackers & pecan nuts, gently folding it into the egg white mixture.
• Grease a baking pan with butter.
• Pour mix into baking pan, & smoothen out the top.
• Bake for 20- 25 minutes.
• Once done, allow to cool completely, then top with whipped cream & allow to chill before serving. I have tried this recipe & its divine.
