Spur's cheddar-melt steak....

Marinate steak fillets in
- salt,
pepper ,
garlic,
crushed green chillies,
1 tablespoon lemon juice ,
1 tsp worcester sauce.

Leave in fridge for a few hrs.
Fry steak until tender in a pan with some olive oil.
In a separate pot, add spur's cheddar melt sauce with fresh cream, salt and pepper.
Give the sauce one boil.
Sprinkle some grated cheese and a little sauce on the steak, cook for a few minutes and add remaining sauce when serving!
Serve with chips! (PS, if u have sizzling pans it works well too)
