‎1 chicken
1 tsp chillie garlic paste
1 tsp red chillies
1 tsp pepper steak spice
1 tsp crushed jeero

1 tsp salt
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 and half tbsp peri-peri oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup ghee or olive oil
Combine spices, tomato paste, peri oil, lemon juice.
Marinate chicken-leave for bout 3 hrs.
Heat ghee/olive oil and fry chicken.
Remove chicken from ghee.
Add sauce ingred to ghee and left over marinade.
Dip chickem in sauce/marinade mixture and place on oven tray.
If u have remainder sauce pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 180. Remove foil and grill for a few min

Sauce ingredrients
1/4 cup tom puree
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp peri-peri spice
Salt to taste
