‎750g rice krispie,
750g corn flakes,
750g All-bran,
500g puffed wheat,
3kg assorted nuts (caramelised almonds, cashews etc),
100g flaxseed,
100g poppy seeds,
2kg honey,
1kg butter,
2oog raisins,
2oog banana chips,
coconut slices etc

Melt honey and butter togerther and pour over roasted cereals.put in oven again for 15-20 mins @150 degrees.
