?1 kg steak (cut into strips) ,
1 tsp garlic flakes,
2 tsp steak and chops spice,
1 tsp thai spice,
aromat,
ground black pepper,
1 - 2 tsp ground green chillies.
Put 1 tbslp olive oil and 1 tblsp butter in a wok, heat up... Nw add steak together with above spices.
Cook until tender, now add 1 tblsp soy sauce and mix well.
Now add ur veggies (jullienned peppers, carrots, onions) about a cup of each and mix well.
Cook until tender.
Boil ur sphagetti in salted water with abit of oil.
Strain n add to veg n steak mixture, toss well.
Make a mixture with 2 tblsp mustard sauce, 1 tblsp water and 1 tblsp golden syrup.
Mix well n pour over chowmein.
Simmer on low until well incorperated p.s. Substitute the steak with chicken
Substitute steak with chicken fillet, and steak n chops spice with chicken spice
